Refund and Cancellation Policy 

3.1 Cancellation of Consultations
If you wish to cancel a consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be refunded.

3.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are available only if the consultation is canceled 24 hours in advance. If the service is not provided or there is an issue on our end, we will process a full refund.

3.3 No Show
If you do not attend the consultation and do not inform us within the 24-hour notice period, no refund will be issued.

3.4 Late Arrival
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for a paid consultation, we reserve the right to consider it a no-show. In this case, no refund will be issued, and the session will be canceled.

3.5 Service Modifications
If you need to reschedule or modify your consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid any penalties.
